I'm Joe, a creative lead and designer with over a decade of experience across agencies and in-house teams. I'm happiest where a big idea meets the craft and experts that makes it land.
I graduated from Falmouth University with a first-class degree in Graphic Design, a head full of curiosity and a belly full of optimism. (It's all still there, don't worry!)
I spent the first part of my career in agencies, most recently at MSL in London, taking ideas from pitch to delivery for clients including Disney, Nintendo, BT, Netflix, AB InBev, Sainsbury's, Lloyds Bank and Warner Media. Experiential launches, influencer campaigns, brand identities and employer brands.
Today I head up creative at Seatfrog, the UK rail upgrade app. As the brand's in-house creative, I shape how it looks and sounds across everything it puts out, from brand direction and CRM to performance creative, social and our mascot, Mr Frog. Lately I've been building AI into how we make things, too.
Whatever the challenge, my approach is the same: stay curious, find the idea, then bring the right people together to make it happen.
